International Shipping
We export globally from our manufacturing unit in Rajasthan, India. All agate and selenite products are highly fragile during transit and are packed in custom-built, fumigated ISPM-15 wooden crates with high-density foam padding.
- Air Freight: Typically takes 5-10 business days. Ideal for smaller portraits, side tables, and urgent custom orders.
- Sea Freight: Typically takes 4-8 weeks depending on the destination port. Highly recommended for large dining tables and bulk architectural orders to minimize shipping costs.
Customs and Import Duties
Unless shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms by prior arrangement, the buyer is responsible for all local customs duties, VAT, and import taxes applicable in their respective country. We provide all necessary export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
Returns & Refunds
Because every Shining Slabs piece is made-to-order and crafted from natural stone, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. The natural variations in color, banding, and crystal structure are the hallmark of luxury natural stone and are not defects.
Damage in Transit
All shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged:
- Note any external damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Take clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged crate and the product inside.
- Contact us at Tapendrasinghchauhan12@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work with the freight insurer to resolve the issue and either repair or replace the damaged piece as quickly as possible.
