Bespoke Orders
All natural stone products are unique. Variations in color, pattern, and crystal structure are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. Approvals based on CAD drawings or raw slab photos are binding, as fabrication alters the raw material permanently.
Payment Terms
For custom commissions, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence fabrication. The remaining balance is due prior to international shipping. Payments must be made via secure bank transfer or specified methods on our official invoice.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Shining Slabs and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Shining Slabs. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Shining Slabs, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the delayed arrival of international freight shipments.
